Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Honestly, I wanted to get a ring doorbell. I wish I would’ve had one way before years ago because man when I’m on the road as a truck driver and I’m going away from the house it comes in very handy. I have a camera inside but you cannot see outside unless you have a ring doorbell. Well I’m happy I got it now it’s just ridiculous because look around before you buy it. I got this for 100 bucks I see some places sell them for $70 now.

The first Ring 4 I got in the mail didn't work. The battery would not charge. I had to actually go to the store to take it back and then have a new one sent to me. This one charged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a nice little upgrade for our back porch. It has been nice to be able to keep an eye on things when we are out of town for a few weeks or when we hear an unusual noise late in the night. This requires a hard wired connection so we had to install it on the back porch rather than our front porch where we only have a battery powered bell.

Can you hook up a phone from a different carrier?

The Ring Video Doorbell Wired and Ring Chime Hard Bundle does not require a specific internet carrier to function. However, it does require a stable Wi-Fi connection from your existing home network. -Sarge

Do both phones you hook up have to be from Verizon?

You can connect a maximum of 100 devices to a single Blink account to access your Video Doorbell, but only one person can view the "Live View" from the doorbell at a time, according to Blink's multi-client feature. To connect additional phones, simply download the Blink app and log in with the same account credentials.
