WTG Samsung! Earbuds Pro 2 are incredible.

Check Mark GraphicYes, I'd recommend this product.
This is my second generation of Galaxy earbuds, and … WOW. The new earbuds Pro 2 are fantastic. The customization is expansive, but it is the performance that is their biggest gain from the last offering. Right away I was blown away by the richness of their sound. I’m so happy with this purchase.

Great features, not so great mic

Shaynes5 . 8 days ago

I've been using them for about a week or so. And my music is great, I love all extra features and options it has. BUT, everytime I accept a phone call using them the person on other end cant hear me and I have to take them out and disconnect them so that they can hear me. I've tried to play around with the settings, I've done the fit test, and the mic test. And every time the mic isn't any better. When I listened to the mic recording in the mic test, I could barley hear myself. Before the buds pro 2, I had the galaxy bud pro for about a year or longer and Ive never had a probelm with people hearing me during a call. So idk if Ive recieved a defected pair, or if this is the way they are made. Has anyone else experienced this problem?? I really need to know asap bc I use my buds alot to accept phone calls at work, so I'm trying to determine whether or not I should return them. I haven't tried the galaxy live buds, any thoughts??
