Buds sounds nice, when listening to music or in a good conversation. However, if you arent careful, you will lose them. They do not stay in your ear at all!

The sound is good but the design is horrible. They dont stay in your ears at all. I actually flip em upside down and put the left in my right and vice-versa, that seems to get them to stay in fairly well but for how much they cost me when I got them I shouldn't have to do that. Disappointed. Ever heard of product testing???

Product falls out of ear when picking something off the ground. When you put them in your ear you get a high pitched sound that hurts your ear. Samsung galaxy 4 buds better be better

Incorrect wear can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and increase the risk of losing an earbud, especially when jogging. Make sure to wear them correctly. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds without ear tips, simply place them in your ears. Check for directional marks labeled L and R at the bottom. Insert the R bud into your right ear with R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with L facing you. Slightly tilt the microphone side upward by rotating the buds forward or backward for a comfortable fit. They were good when they worked. Unfortunately these died shortly after the warranty was up. Microphone stopped working and right one made lou high pitch sound

This is my third pair of Samsung ear buds. I wanted to try a different kind. Once I received the ear buds I could see there was going to be a problem with them. There was no rubber on the end for comfort or fit. I tried to put them in my ear, but they did not fit and were uncomfortable. They would not stay in my ears the ends were too big. The sound was good, but what good is sound without a good fit.

Great Sound but Battery Does Not Last

I would give the Galaxy Buds3 an entirely positive review if the battery life was longer. The battery is always done about two-thirds of the way through my day, whether I'm using them or not. If they're connected via Bluetooth, they do no last.
