When used in a phone conversation or online meeting, the interlocutors mention the absence of extraneous sounds, such as wind or traffic, and the clarity of the voice. The amazing and innovative real-time conversation translation with Galaxy AI function helps to find understanding when traveling, but unfortunately, many languages are not supported yet.

I never expected a product like this from Samsung. I have been using Buds Live for almost five years and last them. As a replacement, I bought this set. I do work out run on the trail and use it in the fitness center. The buds will be wet or gets a layer of my sweat. When I insert back into the case, the case light indicator keep blinking with red color and also message pops up on the phone states that clean the buds and re-insert in the box. I takes about 4 to 5 hours fix this issue. I never had this issue in the past for my old buds. I am about return the set to Samsung with in the eligible date of return, they did not accept it and stated that this items has to go through repair process. The entire experience is pretty bad. I am a customer of Samsung products for many years and never experienced like this.

To achieve the best fit, start by paying attention to the directional marks on each earbud—there’s an “R” for the right bud and an “L” for the left. Make sure to insert the “R” bud in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same for the “L” bud in your left ear. For optimal comfort and sound quality, try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can also rotate the earbuds forward and backward until they feel just right. We hope these tips enhance your listening experience! I find the design of the Galaxy Buds3 to be far inferior to the Galaxy Buds2 for the following reasons:
First of all, the feel of the fit in the ear on the Buds3 is much worse. It doesn't feel as secure in my ear and I don't like the danging bit, which the Buds2 did not have. The Buds2 fit much more snugly and securely in my ear.
Second, related to the fit issue, the noise cancelling feature on the Buds3 does not work nearly as well as the noise cancelling on the Buds2. This is a HUGE downside for me as I really appreciate the noise cancelling feature and it's super ineffective on the Buds3. The Buds2 were also much better in this regard, and this feature is very important to me.
Third, the controls for pausing / next track / previous track worked SO MUCH BETTER on the Buds2, because with those I just tapped on the bud to activate them. Because the Buds3 require squeezing the dangling bit to use this feature, I feel like doing that repeatedly tends to somewhat dislodge them / adjust the fit, which again is far inferior to the way it worked with the Buds2 (which were not physically dislodged by being tapped). The tactile sensation of squeezing the dangling part (which has hard, triangular edges) also just doesn't feel good at all.
Also, although minor, I really liked that I could buy the Buds2 in lavender color, but only white and grey are options for the Buds2. This point alone wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me, but it's just another reason the Buds3 are worse than the Buds2.

Your Galaxy Buds2 come with extra ear tips to ensure you're able to find the best fit for your ears. To remove the earbud tips, simply pull them off.
