It works but not as "self-install" for most users. Once installed, it requires another app called Memory Zone to actually move selected apps to the disk, either manually or automatically. Most frustrating: not all Verizon agents even know this! I went to two different ones when I suspected the disk was not working, and they insisted it was. The third agent at a different store educated me and did the transfer maneuver for me.

I bought this a year ago and I have to replace it because it failed not a happy camper I lost a lot of photos and my music very ticked off shop around and read reviews on the product
