The sound quality is way better then the previous models. and the 6 different mode is so nice. The battery life is perfect. I can get 2 days out of them at work. The call quality and wind proof is so good that I would rather call on them then my pixel 9pro. And they don't make my ears sore on the top like my open run pros do. The open run pro 2s are so much better then I could ever have imagined.

Good product, I needed a size smaller for better fit, I sent an email to check on the return I initiated, the support person’s email was great and promised a quick action that unfortunately did not materialize with no replies after subsequent emails

I’m so happy and proud to have the open run pro 2 headphones after losing 2 of my previous open fit headphones. I said to myself that the one unit piece headphones would be harder to lose in the future than 2 small earbuds. The sound quality is amazing and beat my expectations.

I still have, and use on the lawnmower, my Shokz OpenDotsOne, but they were not as good for phone calls as my New Shokz OpenRun 2,they pass the test of calling my 93 yr old parents, they say it is clear and with almost No delay; as opposed to the other 7 or so sets of wireless earbuds I've tried.

To get the headset positioned correctly around ears & under thick hair, I have to use both hands & be in front of a mirror. I do not listen to music, etc. , so when my cell-phone rings, I have to find the tiny on-button, plus answer the cell-phone; then hang-up & find the tiny button to turn headset off again. After a couple of hours the headset irritates around my ears, so it is hard to wear it all day.

They work quite well and do everything they are supposed to. For hiking it is nice to have the ability to hear nature and surrounding sounds.
In the street however the sound is completely overcome by the noise of passing cars. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I still find noise cancellinf AirPods to be superior for background noise

These are OK. The quality of the sound for the price is sub par. My Bose are way better. The volume needs to be able to go higher. When your surroundings are moderate it's OK. But in the gym with a lot going on around you they just don't cut it. I wanted the open ear design to be more aware of my surroundings in the gym. Found myself going back to my Bose. Wouldn't buy again.

They are not disappointing but the Open Run Pro2 feels a little bulkier than the Open Run Pro. For some reason the Open Run Pro felt more comfortable.
