Shokz OpenSwim Pro Versatile Bone Conduction Sport Headphones FAQs
Pam D . Nov 29, 2025
I need to pad the back as it's too big for me. Since it isn't adjustable what can I use to pad it?
Hi Pam-Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with the fit of your OpenSwim Pro. Having about a 1-inch gap is normal. The main goal is to ensure the transducers (the parts that rest on your head) sit securely on your cheekbones, just in front of your ears, for optimal sound quality and comfort. If you are using the headphones for swimming, wearing them with a swim cap (either under or over the cap, depending on preference) is a common method that many users find effective for a more secure fit. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thank you!
