Please try some solutions below if no sound or sound is only heard from one side of the headphones: Turn on the headphones, then check if the Power indicator flashes. Charge the headphones and check if the headphones turn on and the sound is heard from the headphones. Turn up the volume on the connected device. Reset the headset or Initialize the headset to restore factory settings, and pair the headset and the device again. If you have a different smartphone, Walkman, or other devices, perform a Bluetooth pairing with the headphones and one of these other devices, then check to see if the sound is heard from the headphones.
