I selected these headphones to use while I take my daily walks. I was so happy to receive them today only to be totally disappointed because I can’t get them to pair with my IPhone 15 Pro Max

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I love these headphones! I wear them for working out and walking/jogging. I wanted a pair that went all the way over my ear to not bother my cartilage piercings, and these do the trick. They also fit comfortably if I wear my glasses with them. I had my first pair stolen, but did not hesitate to repurchase. The sound quality is amazing and I’ve never had technical issues. The worst thing about them is they are a little big and will sometimes slide around if I am doing an intense workout, but it doesn’t bother me to reposition them. I think they are worth the price. I’ve had my second pair for 3+ years now and have no damage to them. I can easily clean them with a Clorox wipe to disinfect (probably not recommended, but again I haven’t had issues). I recommend the black pair. My friend has the cream colored ones and the ear cushions have gotten much dirtier over the years.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I bought these right before I started my junior year of high school in 2023. All throughout then until now they have been nothing but the absolute greatest. The sound control app that lets you personally configure your own sound is an absolute marvel. Congrats, Sony! Unfortunately, the battery did fail on me but after heavy use during multiple hour long workout sessions it was expected. I will be purchasing another pair today. I recommend you do the same.

Falls apart at 2 years old

My wife bought comparable model called WH H910N a few years ago. Literally falling apart at the seams. Sony only gives one year warranty. At about 2 years this happens. Unacceptable. Poor workmanship. Would not recommend Sony headphones to anyone. I have Sennheiser headphones that are 20 years old that are better build quality.

I bought these headphones to use at work (Dell computer, running microsoft products). They are useless. In fact, more than useless. I don't even bother with bluetooth anymore. And when plugged in, most often I can hear the call, but no one on the call can hear me, or vice versa, and I revert to my plug in Apple earphones from 20XX. None of the manuals solve the problem on a long term basis, and there's never a support agent available... oh and since it's +30 days, i can't return.

Regarding wired use, the mic function is disabled when using the supplied headphones cable. These headphones are designed for music playback. We cannot guarantee that it will work flawlessly with computer applications. For Bluetooth connection problems, first make sure your Dell computer's Bluetooth drivers are up to date. Please visit the support site of your computer's manufacturer for your specific model. Also, update the firmware of your WH-1000XM4 headphones through the Sony Sound Connect app, as this might resolve connectivity issues. The situation may be improved by changing the wireless playback quality settings. Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” in the Sony Sound Connect app. When pairing, make sure you're selecting the correct device, wait for "WH-1000XM4" to appear on your device list, not "LE_WH-1000XM4", which might indicate Low Energy mode causing problems. If you're connecting to multiple devices, manage the Multipoint Connection feature correctly through the Sony app to avoid interference. Check if your device supports both HFP and HSP, when you make a video call/voice chat on your computer, select calling connections (HFP/HSP) and not music playback connections (A2DP). If you select music playback connections, the microphone/voice chat may not be available. Please note that you will notice a bit of quality difference. This headphones could not connect directly to my iPod and required me to install the Sound Connect app on my Galaxy S22 phone. It would then only work as the 2nd paired device and also required that I leave Bluetooth activated my phone, otherwise the connection to my iPod would drop.
