Mine are 3 years old. Left one in my pocket. It was washed in cold water and put in the dryer for 30 minutes. Cushion came off, I put it back on and it worked fine. Sounds good.

Great quality but they constantly disconnect. It usually happens when you pause whatever piece of media you're listening to, forcing you fiddle with the settings over and over again.

Half the time the sound is out of phase. I have tried to correct this as directed, but without success. Seems an arbitrary occurrence. When they work they sound great, but I can't currently recommend them. Sorry.

I dropped my earbud in the garden. I miraculously found it 2 days later, but the tip was missing. Being able to buy replacement tips saved me from having to buy a new pair of earbuds.

I have the Liberty 3 Pro and never had sound quality issues with it, just a fit issue noted below. I sorry to see the next gen has added an arm that is just ugly and dorky. Will pass. Bring back the former design which was cool. As noted in separate email to c/s, just address wing tips from constantly slipping off earbud mounting and include one size larger wingtip.

I am a long-time (about 6 years) and satisfied owner of Anker Soundcore Liberty Air headphones. But it's time for a new model from the same brand, I chose Liberty 4 NC, the headphones are excellent, I set the headphones: in the equalizer it's rock, ANC normal, LDAC on. Excellent mobile application, wireless charging, fits perfectly in the ears.
