Right earbud failed after 12 months. Anker would not honor the warranty. Terrible customer service. Will never buy this brand again.

These are limited use. It requires an app download which doesn’t allow my computer to be paired. Furthermore, I ordered two sets because they were advertised at half price and received one set at full price. I learned my lesson about purchasing from Verizon…..not again.

these headphones have been great, and real easy to set up. So far I’ve only listened to audio podcast, so I’m not sure of music quality, but they seem pretty good.
