Derived to help you understand the various sleep stages, such as Deep Sleep, REM Sleep, Light Sleep, and Being Awake, Ring AIR will help you understand the different metabolic processes of the body that occur for growth, repair, restoration, and maintenance. Intelligently designed to be your sole metric for sleep health, it assesses your total sleep duration, resting heart rate, and restfulness, creating a comprehensive picture of your sleep quality.

With the right nudges and biofeedback, it helps you stay active and optimize for better cardiovascular functioning. Developed to help you get in more movement, more often, Ring AIR also helps you track your steps, calories, and workouts.

Recovery score
Get insights into various recovery signals your body sends throughout the day, enabling a deeper comprehension of its needs. It is derived from a blend of key metrics, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Skin Temperature, interpreting the signals your body sends and enabling you to monitor your overall well-being.

Workout tracking

It’s given me a lot of insightful data that’s helped me better understand my sleep patterns, identify foods my body doesn’t agree with digestively, and even recognize when my immune system might be compromised. The insights have made me much more aware of how my body responds to different habits and routines. And one of the best parts is that all of this comes without a monthly subscription.

The activity tracking for sports could be better but since I tend to use a sekretem device for this im not too bothered. Sleep tracking is excellent but I think cycle tracking was the biggest game charger for me. I never rememberd to track my cycle and now that ist done pretty much automatically I've started connecting my symptoms to my cycle and discovered my healh issues are due to perimenopause. The data collected made it so much easier to advocate for myself with my health provider! No subscription is also key here!

Easy to wear, fashionable, super light, and comfortable to wear all the time. No need to remove around water, thanks for being waterproof. I discovered a new world of advice on better health and well-being. Impressed by the sleep, stress, cardio reporting, AFIB, recovery, and brain age, stress management data, and amused by the accurate caffeine window. Not perfect but improving daily, with WhatsApp 24/7 customer service when needed.
