This was an upsell when I purchased the phone and I never got it. I contacted both Fed Ex and Verizon and they said it was delivered but I never got it. They believe it was stolen from my porch. I live in a gated community and my desk faces my front door. I would have seen someone take it. Now I am out $100.00.

I thought the price of this item was rather expensive, but I thought that might mean better quality and it claimed a lifelong warranty, so I bought one. Within a week the glass was already broken. It did protect the phone glass from breaking, so that’s good. However, when I went to get a new one using the warranty, the amount they charge to ship a new one was a ridiculous price, I could buy 3 more on Amazon for the amount they charge to ship a new one. Just buy the cheap ones on Amazon! This is not worth the price. I would not recommend!

This is the worst screen protector I've ever used. The day after placing it on my phone, I crouched down to get something off a low shelf, and my phone fell out of my pocket. The drop was less than 2 feet and onto carpet. The screen protector chipped and pieces fell off like shattered glass. The rest of the screen protector has spider webs. I cashed in on the lifetime replacement, and the next screen protector cracked as well. The replacement protectors may be free, but you still pay about $10 in shipping fees. Just save yourself the frustration, time, and money and use the Ailun brand on Amazon. They're reasonably priced, come into multiple packs, and are super durable.

Even with the kit and easy installation there’s an air pocket on the edge. Either defect in protector or defect on the iPhone.
