I upgraded to the 11 after loving the 7 Plus. I can honestly say that after having phone for almost two years, upgrading was the worst decision I’ve made. This has been the worst performing iPhone I’ve ever had. Even the four year old 7 Plus was performing better by the time I upgraded. I know with the bigger body size Apple can fit a larger battery, but after a few months my 11 can’t hold a charge. I thought I would get use to the notch on the Home Screen but I still find myself annoyed by it. While Face ID is great 90% of the time, it can be painfully slow. Touch ID was miraculous and I wish Apple would reintroduce into their phone line. Also, ditch the lightning port! Apple uses USB-C on all of their other devices besides the cheapest iPad. What does it say about Apple that their phones that cost several hundred more than the base iPad have the same parts? After spending almost two years with this device, I can’t wait to upgrade. At this point I highly doubt it’ll be to the newest iPhone.

I have had the iPhone 11 for two years and it runs great , has a long battery life and is reliable . My husband is currently an android user and I’m going to try and convince him to switch to iPhone and start with the 11 .

I’m on my 3rd IPhone 11 in 13 months

1 out of 5 rating

Toots313 · 4 days ago

I’m on my 3rd IPhone 11 in 13 months. The first one stopped working within days of purchasing the phone brand new at the Verizon Store. I took it back to the store and had to pay a fee for them to give me a phone that worked. 2nd phone lasted about 8 months and then stopped making any noise ( ie didn't ring, no notifications etc.) The 3rd has had problems off and on, I have taken it back to the store several times, they do something to the phone and it will work for awhile then quits again.

Stuart · 1 months ago

The 11 is better than the 12 not by much ,5G it's always looking for 5G that's the problem . The camera is the best thing the rest of it is terrible , better than samsung .I Phone should fix the problems with the phone before before bringing out a new phone and they knew about the problems and did nothing, 5G and no towers close enough to use!!! Of course it supports 4G but it's always looking for 5Gand now the 13 is out I don't know anything about ,and we still don't have 5Gs in our area. YES & NO recommend ??????

ok, I notice I never see reviews that explain reception and drop calls so here it is. I live next to an airport LAX to be exact and I have absolutely terrible reception or so I thought every phone is different and this phone has definitely been the worse as far as dropping calls. I feel like my other phones were not as bad as this I love the phone it's great except for at my house where I really need it to work. So if you live in a spotty area and have this trouble I wouldn't recommend this model.
