The phone is okay but the service with Verizon is trash. I haven’t been able to use my phone one day off of Wi-Fi because they suspended my account and won’t reconnect it so I don’t even use it

Ordered this phone on 2/26 with an estimated delivery of 3/6. My account shows that the ordered is delayed. Today, 3/10, I called and was told my order was cancelled on 2/27 because they do not have the phone I ordered. My account does not reflect that. So now, I have no phone and don’t want to place another order, for fear of ending up with two phones. This is a joke.

I have been with Verizon Mobile for 18 years and both the customer support and network have been excellent. Buying a certified used phone was not!

Upgrading from my broken iPhone SE 3rd Gen to pre-owned iPhone 12 mini was a good idea - but... The mini was in excellent condition nd all the features work. There are two problems. First, the battery is pretty weak. The battery capacity app claims 80% but it is more like 40%. I can't expect more than 24 hours of light service (1.5 hours of radio station streaming plus 30 minutes of phone calls without charging). That's all I use this phone for. I will need to replace the battery soon. The second problem has to do with activating. This is my fourth iPhone with Verizon service since 2013. I bought all the previous phones at the Apple Store and the representatives made the new phone "look" like the old phone with no exceptions or hiccups. They made everything transfer. This time, I had to deal with a representative over the phone. The local store was not capable or interested, To work with the representative, I needed to provide another phone which meant that I had to f another person willing to give up their phone for a couple of hours. Good luck with that! I ended up dealing with two different Verizon reps over two days. Neither were really experts and the second one set me up up with Apple product support. That rep was OK but left me with a workaround for my contact list. At the Apple Store, they have virtually unlimited floor expertise and also the Genius Bar. In the end, I thing I made a mistake; I could have spent the a little less to have my iPhone SE repaired along with getting a new battery.
