This phone is plagued with reception issues! Worst phone ever!

uwood2 · 12 days ago

This is by far the worst iPhone I have ever had. It has had signal issues since day one. Daily dropped calls, missed calls, poor signal, etc. Numerous people, with all carriers have signal issues with this phone. Can’t wait to be rid of this $1300 brick. The features of the phone are great…. If you could use it for a phone. Antenna design flaw.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

My only complaint is when the phone heats up especially from having a case on it, it dims the screen and there’s no way to fix it other then to cool your phone off.

Who came up with the idea of having volume, take a picture/screen shot, and sos all with the same buttons. When you change the volume, in order to get a grasp, you push from the opposite side--which either takes a screenshot or engages the SOS. Sheesh, poor design! Also, calls go directly to voice mail without ringing. Photos are good, but geez!

I got this phone and thought of getting the 11 pro max, however, there is no difference between the two. I'm happy with my 12 pro max.

Can you buy. One. Phone without the service

Verizon Customer Support - 9 months

That is a great question. With regard to purchasing a device you can pay for the phone at full retail if you would like to purchase the device only. It would also be best to go directly through Apple if you are looking to only purchase the phone. - Jasper
