It took me 3 days to even get one of the phones working properly after multiple phone calls and a visit to the local store. Both phones iMessage keeps getting turned off. We use our phones for work and have been missing messages.

It sucks I think I got it with a crack

5G Ultra Wideband available only in parts of select cities. 5G available in 2700+ cities.
iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13, and iPhone 13 mini are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
All battery claims depend on network configuration and many other factors; actual results will vary. Battery has limited recharge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced by Apple service provider. Battery life and charge cycles vary by use and settings. I am livid, I did NOT finalize the purchase and made it clear I didn’t want a contract, I did not pay the payment nore did I finish the agreement options and said cancel to the women who I spoke with, we just got scammed and I’m very much contemplating leaving Verizon after ore than 20 years.

Are there any cancellation fees, if we upgrade and pay the full one time payment price, but cancel this line shortly after? My son, a recent college graduate, may be relocating, signing up for his own plan, or have a phone provided by his employer.
