The phone arrived sooner than expected and was in better condition than rated, kudos to Verizon! I'm very glad I finally upgraded to the 13 pro from my 6s. The 13 pro is a very nice phone and works great. I highly recommend a certified pre=owned phone from Verizon!

The phone never arrived. Shipment was cancelled by Verizon. Upon inquiry (a phone call of 3 hours and 40 minutes long) much more expensive plan / phone was suggested. "Bait and switch"...

I need my phone unlocked and everyone I've taken it too says I have to wipe it clean and go back to factory default. I will lose everything on it. Is there anything you can do? I can't get in my phone to go to factory default. Please tell me what to do.

Is the warranty on cpo iPhones 90 days or one year? The info says 90 but an FAQ response says one year.
