I like the phone and it came fast. What I am not impressed with is the battery. The phone I received is already down to 86% battery capacity. That really bugs me because after 6 years of use, my previous Iphone XR is still at 88%. I take good care of my devices. I didn't anticipate that the battery would be in that condition in a phone that the description stated was in great condition. I guess that was just a reference to cosmetically speaking. If I ever go pre-owned again I would like to know things like that prior to purchase.

I placed this iPhone 15 order on September 11. It still hasn’t shipped and there’s no estimated shipping date, but Verizon is already emailing me asking me to review the phone as though I received it. Can you check the actual status and tell me whether the phone is allocated to my order? If there’s no firm shipping date, I want to know what comparable phones are available immediately.

Phone is definitely an upgrade from my previous iPhone. Battery and storage made the new transition great. Camera pictures are far better, displays are clearer, response is overall better. Durability will always be questionable for breakage.
