We’ve been with Verizon since they came to TN. Any time we needed help with our iPhone they have been there to help us with a lot of patience. They know so much more about these iPhones than we do. We have had ours for more than 30 years. Don’t remember exactly. We just know they’ve made life a lot easier since we’ve had it.

iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15) or 6.69 inches (iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Plus) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

I wasn't planning on spending more than I previously was. I wanted a 16 Pro but settled for a 15. I don't mind paying a little more to negate the cost of a new phone. Great marketing plan.I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Upgrade from an iPhone SE

While I've always preferred a smaller phone to easily fit my pocket, my latest generation SE was due for replacement, mainly because the charging connection was experiencing issues. I don't need the latest and greatest iPhone, so the recent release of the iPhone 16 made the 15 Max a no-brainer - free (via monthly bill credits) if I upgraded my service with VZW. Skipping a couple of generations of iPhone resulted in a few distinct differences, but nothing that wasn't easily figured out with a little trial-and-error. An added benefit included 5G capability which is marginally available in my home. However, when on the 5G network, it's great. Transferring all of my apps went smoothly using phone-to-phone transfer. Picture quality is much better than my SE, another reason for replacing my phone rather than repairing it. Overall, it's a great phone in the Apple ecosystem without the cost of the latest version iPhone, also free with VZW Ultimate (not something I needed).

The phone is excellent. The problem is there is no customer service. You are sold the phone and have to do everything yourself. Transfer everything with no help. My phone was fine I did not have a problem. Next day when back to the store with my husbands' phone and was told they charge $30 to transfer, all I needed was a little help, Very disappointed with service!
