What does ‘good condition’ mean for a refurbished phone?
"Good" generally will mean the device is in good condition and 100% fully functional like all Verizon Certified Pre-Owned devices. The casing of the device may have some scratches, scuffs or dents and some minor scrathes on the screen, but these do not affect the ability to connect to the Verizon network. -Dee
