I ordered the phone, but it got returned because it had my name, but not my son’s name on the order. When we tried to fix the situation the phone had to returned back to its original location. This was frustrating. I ended up ordering another phone and having it go to a Verizon store versus an apartment.

Apple informed me that the certified Verizon device is ineligible for AppleCare due to flaws/modifications, which materially affects the value and reliability of the device I purchased. The phone has: • a battery health warning in settings, • wireless charging failure (Qi doesn’t work, only MagSafe does), These are serious red flags. I need a phone I can rely on

Device came with a crack I contacted Verizon several times was instructed to bring in store to return device store manager would not return device due to crack I had to mail device back which caused me an additional waiting period to upgrade my device I’m disgusted with Verizon and how I’m being treated!!

I wasn’t sure I wanted to switch from my iPhone 8 Plus. I love the home button and depended on it. With the updates for iOS I didn’t have a choice! I ordered the iPhone 16Pro and absolutely love it. Still learning some things and getting used to it but glad I made the switch

I can’t swipe between Home Screen pages smoothy. Do not disturb still plays my notifications. My phone freezes on videos and stars blaring sounds. It is slow. My camera has no visible issues but for some reason there is a black smudge in all of my front camera photos. It is so glitchy and not smooth at all, my phone is constantly freezing. I would not recommend this at all for the price. People have been realizing what Apple is worth and I am now one of those people. It isn’t worth much.
