I traded a 16 for a 2nd generation SE. I am not quick with changes and am easily intimidated by new features. Fortunately, I have someone living with me who is adept at 16 features, so I get whatever help I need. If I had to go it alone, however, I would be frustrated and anxious. At the very least, I need plenty of encouragement and simplified training during purchase and early use. Apple can surely build such a process in the lates stages of purchase for those who need them.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I had an iPhone 8+ when I upgraded and honestly this phone is phenomenal. Well worth the purchase it’s lightning fast and has and amazing resolution, I was skeptical at first buying because it’s supposed to be the predecessor to the se line and man I have to tell you this out preforms my friends 16 promax, my battery last longer and overall I just have the best phone apple has to offer. The “a”chip is a dominating specimen. Truly apple has out done their own work. It has an optimized game mode that just knocks it out of the park. I’m very excited to own the 16e and I would love to see what they have planned next. Honestly I love their old designs and they nailed it with this. It’s homey feeling like having a 5 again. The pictures don’t do it justice, this is one of those products you’re just gonna have to feel it in your hands. It’s from top to bottom side to side beautiful. I only wish there was a color option! I went with white because black attracts heat. But other than the color it’s 110% the best phone you can purchase

It’s big and clunky, won’t fit in my pocket. It won’t fully charge. At least my iPhone 13 mini would fit in my pocket, but it struggled to fully charge also.

It’s been a nightmare. Customer service was rude, unprofessional, and inaccurate. It took about 20 hours of MY TIME to change phone numbers. About as much fun as surgery without anesthetic. Awful
