My experience from November 1, 2025 - November 12, 2025 has been TERRIBLE! I have been on and off the phone and have spent countless hours trying to receive the phone. My husband has been to 3 different Verizon stores now (one store in particular) just to be told they don’t have an order. We have proof of an order and have been billed for the phone and even bought a case while waiting in your Verizon store for a phone that we still haven’t received. Worst service EVER!

The display has rounded corners that follow a beautiful curved design, and these corners are within a standard rectangle. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.27 inches (iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro), 6.55 inches (iPhone Air), or 6.86 inches (iPhone 17 Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

Adjusted the trade in value and promotion of 600 dollars to $107….. rediculous as I have the bill of sale and her old phone was looked at by two reps at Verizon in Jamestown… then added the upgrade to the with line on my account causing my phone to be shut off. Hence another 40 minute drive to get this situation resolved…

A nice upgrade for folks with older model iPhones.

A very solid iPhone. Camera is crisp, weight not too much and ios 26.1 runs flawlessly. Ive had many iterations of iPhones and I really like this model. Not laggy while scrolling. 120 hz screen. Everything you could want in a non pro model.

No great additions for the average user. Too much data consumption in the background will run your bill up immediately. Too much running in background also draining your battery much faster

The actual phone is fine but I have problems with Verizonj....it's too difficult to get an actual person on the phone, Verizon makes things too complicated to know everything about what is offered and what is not, what discounts exist or not. And the worst is Verizon is too expensive compared to other carriers and changes too many little things on the phone resulting it too many extra costs.

Switching from a 13 pro max to a just a 17 there are a lot of differences of course. Overall good phone. The biggest downfall is battery life I do have to charge my phone a lot more frequently. With a fast charger that is not much of an issue. I love a lot of the features as well. The camera buttons as well as the multi function button. Siri is easier to use with this version of iPhone as well.

12 days and still no phone or tracking number despite a promise it would be delivered next day

Still don’t have my phone or any of visibility as to when I might have it 12 days after the initial order. I have spent over four hours in multiple chat conversations trying to figure out when to expect it and have been made promises for next day delivery several times. I can live with lack of availability but making promises not based in reality is just a recipe for continued frustration. It’s difficult to review a product you haven’t been able to take possession of.
