I got the “budget” iPhone because new regular iPhones are getting absurdly tricked out and expensive. I don’t need 6 cameras or any number of terabytes of storage or a screen that’s as big as a tv. This phone is nice and small- I can hold it in one hand easily. It’s basically just as good or better than my iPhone 7 which is what I was replacing.

The SE is a beautiful phone, sleek, the perfect size. However, it is a unique model because of a feature which they call haptics. This is a vibration sort of tactile response when you touch the home key. When I brought the phone home, my husband actually thought it was broken because the feedback made it feel as if something inside the phone had moved, as if some solder had come undone. It is an outstanding feature if a user has difficulty with their hands, a Godsend for individuals with certain impairments. Still, like key clicks or tactile feedback on a keyboard, others will not like it at all. You can turn off vibration in accessibility and adjust the feeling from low to medium to high, but you can’t make it go away. For this reason, we returned the phone and will try other models at the store before buying then pick something other than an SE.

This phone does not work as well as my other SE. I am very disappointed in the reception of a signal to make a call. The top left corner of the screen does not recognize my finger to move the screen.

Why do you need more storage?

How does this phone compare to an Iphone 6 (for a senior citizen) screen size comparison- that only uses it for the basics ( texting , phone calls and maybe facebook)
