Terrible phone. The screen freezes every day. My first Google Pixel 6 pro phone, apps kept crashing so I got a replacement phone and it's bad too. Google assistant keeps turning off on its own, Google assistant also thinks just about everything I say is McDonald's. One time I asked if a question that started with the letter m, it showed me the word and turned it to McDonald's even though I didn't say McDonald's. One time I asked Google assistant what the temperature was and it tried to call the McDonald's HQ when I didn't ask it to.

I've had this phone for a little over a year ago and have had it replaced 2 times already, the 1st one started to over heat to the point where I couldn't even hold it in my hands that is with the case on it, the 2nd had it replaced due to some camera malfunction, and this 3rd one is starting to over heat also

This phone is junk, do not purchase it. I've had mine for a year and a half and at this point it freezes and restarts when I try to watch reels on Instagram or even videos on YouTube. Otherwise a fine phone, but can't handle pretty basic strain.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I know this review is a little late, but I've had this phone from day 1. The first few months it seemed to have connectivity issues cellular, and wifi. Something must have happened since then because it's been an overall great phone. I have the largest capacity storage idk if that makes a difference? If you can buy one don't hesitate! Also this thing is a tank when in an OtterBox! 😉 4 stars due to the connectivity issues at the beginning otherwise great phone since

Other than the camera (which is superb), this phone is pure junk! I'm paying for a 5G phone & 5G service and it almost never goes into 5G mode; when it does the performace is terrible. Where's all the great stuff that 5G is supposed to provide? I wish I still had my Samsung Galaxy S10 - its 4G performance beats this phone's 5G. Avoid this phone!

Worst phone I've ever had!

This is the worst phone I've ever had! I will be never purchase another Google product again. I traded in a Pixel 2 XL which I loved and bought this peice of junk as an upgrade. It is anything but! It gets spotty service and connectivity at best. I very seldom have more than 2 bars and I'm lucky to get that. I have this issue no matter where I am. In addition, the 5g coverage is very sporadic. These issue continue to occur even when others around me have great reception. I've tried everything thing Google and Verizon suggested to remedy this to no avail. I've read through the Google and Verizon forums and there are many, many, many complaints about the same issue. Yet neither Google has done anything to resolve the problem. I am very disappointed. I can't wait to pay this $1200 piece of junk off and buy a different brand. After being a loyal Verizon customer for several years, I will probably change providers too... especially if I can get a deal where they pay this thing off for me. Bottom line, do not buy this phone or any other Google phone. They are to unreliable and Google's customer service stinks!

Sturdy phone

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had this for about a year now as a secondary phone. My inital reaction straight out of the box was it felt light and cheap because it felt like all plastic. But actually it's quite sturdy. I feel like the screen won't crack when it's dropped from a reasonable height. I'm a Samsung user so getting used to the phone took a bit of time. The Camara is decent and I really have no complaints about the phone.

Simple issues are not getting fixed

Pixel 6 pro is a pretty good phone, but it comes with very adolescent issues that should never be a problem. For instance, when you select not to use gestures and want to use the three buttons at the bottom, the back button inconsistently double clicks and it is the most annoying thing in the world. There are many many people complaining about it on forums but yet Verizon nor Google does anything to fix this simple problem. When we spend $1,200 on a phone today, you kind of expect it to work flawlessly and not have problems that the 1998 Nokia didn't.

Overheating issue, shutting down issue, battery drainage issue, connectivity issue, and freezing up issue. SO MANY ISSUES. Not going to lie, it was good for the first 6 months to maybe a year then all went downhill from there! If you're somebody who likes to upgrade every 6 months then this phone is for ya. I really had high hopes for this phone but yeah, no. I've had it for over two years and I'm so ready to upgrade to different brand of phone. Google's customer service sucks. Verizon is horrible about their customer service too, couldn't even help me with my pixel's issues. Their feedback was "yeah, there has been many complaints about Pixel 6 and 7. The only way you can do is to pay your phone off and upgrade. Sorry." Like who does that?! Only verizon. Do me a favor and avoid pixels at all costs!
