Problems from the get go!
llllizlll · 10 hours ago
First, had problems finding a charger that would charge this phone. They were all the same and charged other phones, but not this one. There is such thing as fast charge on this phone. At least the wireless charger works. Since I had one way of charging, I thought I would try this phone out...I mean it is a Google phone...right? The screen constantly freezes up and I have to close the phone then open it (not the right words, but hopefully it will be understood) and sign in AND then I have the ability to be able to use app or close it and reopen it. Same thing happens when I try to go to open windows or to the main screen. I haven't had much a chance to figure out how things work specifically for this phone, but every day I hope the phone will convince me to get another Pixel 6Pro and I am constantly disappointed. I really wanted to use this phone, but I think instead of returning it for one that works, I will pay the restock fee and get another brand.
Another Failed Attempt

After my Pixel 3XL broke i was forced to upgrade and got the 5. This phone is a better version of the 5, but still fails. Cellular connectivity is poor, battery life is lacking, and the phone freezes several times a week. By freezing, I mean that only a hard reset unfreezes it. I shouldn't have to do that. In addition to those issues the phone gets super hot at times for no reason. I can not recommend this phone.
