The verizon state employee did the sales in the hooper ave toms river nj store had no knowledge of transferring phone files from A phone 2another phone or the phone tech , who sent me to another local verizon store with no instructions how to do , with this phone : all of it on off A-Z. It still is not working as good as my Motorola Droid Z works

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This phone is a bit shorter than my former (Motorola One 5G UW). It works well so far & the onboard memory (128GB) seems to be enough that I won't require the expandable Memory (Micro SD as in the Moto 1) Card feature.
