Great phone but trouble with SMS

So I got this phone as an upgrade from an iPhone 13 pro, and I got to say I like it very well the problem was the text messages in group i wasn't getting them or it will send duplicates to my family so I was force to return to my apple device maybe once the updates get better all think of getting it later but not 100% sure

I like the phone, except it's smaller than what I'm used to, will return it. The on line customer service is HORRIBLE, to the point I'm going to write corporate. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If someone from Verizon, ACTUALLY reads the reviews, I welcome you to review my customer service.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

It's a great phone, like all the other Pixel Phones. It takes amazing photos and has some cool built-in software. Two things are a bit of a let-dowb for me though. First, the pink color -- it looks much more of a vibrant pink in the ads and in-store photos, but when it arrived in the mail, it was the barest hint of the lightest, palest pink. I bought it solely because of the color -- finally, a phone that is not back or white! -- and I was let down. The other drawback is that when using astrophotography mode on the camera, the phone no longer produces a 1-2-second video clip of the night sky along with the photo. The Pixel 7 pro did produce the video clip AND photo after the 4 1/2 minute exposure. I really liked the video clips to show the movement of the aurora in the night sky.

I love my pixel 9 pro. The camera is amazing and I'm enjoying having Gemini easily accessible. I was using a pixel 6 before my upgrade and I was surprised the pro was a little smaller than the pixel 6. I actually like that it's a little shorter, it's easier to fit in my pocket.

Accidentally my Google Pixel Pro 6 fell off back of boat while docked at a lake, while swimming off the back platform, fell into 7 feet of water. Recovered it with snorkel gear and dive light 27 hours later, it was still on and worked. No water go in it.

Upgraded from a 6 pro. Screen and text boxes are smaller (even after adjusting the settings). Phone feels like Google is attempting to mimic an iPhone instead of standing out on its own
