He was a bit of a jerk, especially when I went back to ask questions about my new phone. My old phone began working again and I returned the new one so I could continue to use my old one.

I recently purchased the Motorola Edge, my second Motorola phone, and I have mixed feelings about it. My previous Motorola was excellent—reliable, easy to use, and truly a workhorse. I used it for everything and rarely had any complaints. With the Edge, however, the curved (beveled) screen has been frustrating. The design looks sleek, but in practice it creates usability issues. Content often spills into the curved edges, making it difficult to tap or type accurately. Even something as simple as writing a note or entering text can be challenging because parts of the screen are hard to access. After buying the phone, I did some research and found that many other users share the same concern about the curved edges. I wish I had looked into this beforehand. I tried adjusting the display settings, like reducing the font size so more content fits on the screen, but that makes text harder to read, which isn’t a great trade-off. There are also some other design choices that don’t quite work for me. The call screen background is dark with a blue-toned image, which makes it harder to see clearly—I would prefer a lighter background. The date and time widget is inconsistent in appearance and the date itself is so small that it’s difficult to read at a glance. That said, the phone does have strong points. The battery easily lasts all day, it charges quickly, and overall performance is smooth and responsive. Those aspects meet my expectations and are what I’ve come to appreciate about Motorola devices. Overall, while the Motorola Edge performs well, the curved screen design significantly impacts usability for me. It’s disappointing because this feels like something that could be improved, but instead it’s a defining feature of the phone. I'm taking it back for this reason - so disappointed.

Worst phone I've ever had. Rounded screen is unusable at edges, screen freezes up, drops calls, won't connect to wifi when other phones and tablets will. Slow. Just ordered another brand phone today, will never order another Motorola. Money wasted.

Phone did not come with a charger, and came with a cable that I did not have a charging block for. What is the point of saying that it is capable of lightning charging incredibly fast when it doesn't even include a charger ? Aside from that, streaming bluetooth audio skips frequently where I never had a problem with my 2021 Edge. Very disappointed, this new Edge doesn't feel like an upgrade to the one I traded in.

Can I just eject my old SIM out of my 5g phone and insert it to activate the new phone. Most of my new Motorola I have been able to over the years
