Motorola is for me

4 out of 5 rating

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have been a fan of Motorola since before the Droid. I have always preferred the Motorola Google interface instead of the Samsung. Please keep up with the other companies and the processors in a more timely manner. For the price and business needs, this is the phone for me. Great 5G phone.

Poor battery life

1 out of 5 rating

Matthew · 3 days ago

Had to return phone and went back to old Google Pixel phone for battery life horrible. As phone loads things always getting small three dots on top left phone. Being charged in less than a week a $50 restock phone but phone battery nothing like stated and phone always cycling draining battery fast. Verizon had phone case and rep helped with screen protector and didn't work more than week and came off wasting more money. They don't guarantee when they put them on either fyi.

I got this phone yesterday. Haven't even had it for 24 hours yet and so far I am very disappointed with my decision to get this one. It states 5G but I don't see it. All I get is 4G. As far as the speed goes, this is very slow. I'm glad I have 30 days to return it, probably won't take 7 days. To bad I have to pay a restocking fee. All my phones have been Motorola and this phone is by far the worst one I have had

To all I've been loyal to Motorola over the years when I try other brands it usually doesn't work out as well. I really like this phone a lot the problem is getting a screen protector to stay on it. I've tried just about every brand of screen protector out there that I could purchase they all start clicking and lifting off the surface in a few days at the most maybe a week. I've called Verizon with this problem and basically you're on your own. They gave me Motorola's number and told me to complain to them Motorola is out of any screen protector that fits this phone other than a combination screen protector checkbook that's not my thing. As for the function of the phone I love it it's just the accessories are no good. If I had it to do all over again I would have stayed with my Motorola 4G phone. Verizon's been very little help on this and I've been very disappointed with them. Not sure where to turn on this one it seems like every time you complain or try to get resolved it just makes it worse. The latest was by another phone from Verizon and do whatever you want with this phone you're not getting anything back for it. I love Motorola and I've been loyal to him this is just a bad phone for accessory reasons. This curved screen must be a real challenge for screen protector manufacturers and Verizon doesn't tell you about that and they're no help. I've been with Verizon for over 20 years everyone wants to blame it on covid and lack of supplies. They really should tell you before you buy the phone that they actually have no accessories for it. It's a real shame cuz it's a nice phone I'd recommend not getting it. Makes you wonder about a company like Verizon that would sell you a phone knowing there's problems with the screen protector. I've had a few people at Verizon support wise that have told me so but they won't go on the record or do anything about it. So my recommendation is stay away from this phone only for the fact of no screen protector problem. If a screen protector is no big deal to you then I would definitely recommend this phone it's really pretty awesome. Been through about 6 screen protectors four or five different manufacturers in less then a month. A few of the screen protectors wouldn't even go on. Hope this helps you out with your decision!

I'm trying to figure out how this phone is supposed to work. I just want to be able to have multiple screens going at once. If I'm on one screen & want to open up another, the first screen is gone. There's no go back button to get where you.

I've had this phone eversince it hit the market last year. Everything I wanted from speed, graphics, sound, space, and all. Has to get another one due to some damage from dropping it. Other than that, I love this phone. Can't wait for a upgraded version.

    Cracked Screen Prone

    2 out of 5 rating

Disappointed customer · 19 days ago

I've owned a Motorola Android phone since entering the cellphone world over 16 years ago. I've had this phone for 11 months and regret upgrading to the Edge+. I've had 3 cracked screens despite the money I've invested with the OtterBox & Speck cases and screen protectors. I'm thankful to have the Verizon protection plan, however, the cost to replace it is costly after 3 broken screens in less than a year in addition to the cost of the phone itself. There is no case to protect the Edge+ screen. My last refurbished replacement was unavailable in the color I purchased and am currently stuck paying on. Disappointed to day the least!
