Not up to my standards at 100 percent brightness when you get not very bright display at all and in the web browser you cannot go go forward ect you have to close the browser out and go back in. I am going to ask Verizon if I can get another phone I am only like 5 days since I received this phone.

When you go onto the web you have no back button to go back you have to leave the web site then go back into it. The screen light is not bright even at 100 percent. I am going to see if verizon will let me trade it back in for another phone.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I've owned this phone for about 6 months and beside me dropping it 1 time and the screen shattering it works great. Plenty of storage space. I've never gotten a low storage space message nor do the apps crash on me and nor does it crash or run slow despite the screen missing glass :( . Not even gonna lie I even get on sites that would normally mess up the finest of phones and never had a problem. I think it's a excellent phone and I would recommend it to others and I would buy another 1 when the cash is available. P.s I don't work for any phone company and I'm not getting paid for this review 100

I have subsidized cellphone (SafeLink). Recently an employee from SL came twice in the lobby of my building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan New York, to offer Moto G cellphones for eligible tenants. My current handset is an Alcatel TCL that has only 32 GB memory, which is insufficient, plus its low quality battery is gone. I looked at the Moto G cellphone - I was surprised to see it looked so ugly, too heavy, too big to hold it in your hand. I asked the SF employee what is the Android number of the Moto cell - he did not know. Also this cellphone had only 32 GB internal memory, which is too little. I need a new cellphone, I like dark grey color, not too big, weight ok, with at least 64 GB, replaceable 5000 Ah battery, Android at least 10. It is not going to be any Moto brand.

Worst Phone I Have Owned

Very much what other reviews have mentioned: Within a few days of owning the Moto g Pure, I was getting the "Running Out of Storage Space" message. I installed an SD card, which has not helped at all, even with moving apps and other files over to it. Clearing the cache of apps only helps for a day or two and is aggravating because it has to be done one app at a time. Constantly getting a "System UI Not Responding" message, probably due to the low storage space. Apps are slow to open. When I start typing, or in the middle of typing a text or a message in an app, the keyboard will suddenly stop responding for a few seconds. Have not enjoyed this phone at all and looking forward to my next upgrade to get something totally different.

This is the worst phone I've ever owned. It lags and locks up constantly, and I run very few apps on it because it has such a small amount of storage space. It loses service and can't find it forever. I have been unable to use it before because it will say it can't locate the network. Meanwhile my husband and son, who are in the same place as I am have no issues. You get what you pay for. I am definitely never buying another Motorola product because it's not worth the aggravation.

I have AT and T and live in Buffalo, right across the bridge from Canada. I travel there often and have had a plan for coverage there for years. But with this phone I am not getting service at all, not even 611. ATT had tried to help but no luck. I am wondering if it is this phone and hope I get a response. Yes, roaming is on.

I've owned some decent phones and I've owned some great phones, but is hands down the worst phone I have ever owned. It started out promising when I bought it back in December of 2021 since my iPhone 7 stopped charging properly, well 4 months later and I regret not just taking my iphone to a repair shop. The phone constantly crashes making it impossible to switch between apps, type messages, and even do this review right now. I will never buy this phone again not even in an emergency, I'm having to pay off the balance just so I can get a decent working phone!
