Most unstable Bluetooth ever!!!

Ken32159 · 19 hours ago

I have had 2 of these since upgrading due to damaging my Moto Z4. Worst bluetooth ever. With my previous phones, I rarely had an issue connecting or maintaining a connection. I am constantly rebooting this phone to recover connectivity. In the car, it crackles and pops constantly, then drops the bluetooth after the call. I have used multiple headsets and they all experience the problem only with the phone! I have tried all of the "recommended" solutions except collecting the debug info (as others have done that without a successful solution). If it wasn't for the SD card ability, I would be looking for another, more reliable, phone!

Crazy lag time!

dashriprock · 1 days ago

I have had good experiences with Motorola in the past and that's what influenced my decision while making my purchase. This phone is an exception. I have a difficult time believing 5g is faster with this. The lag time on this device is akin to a slow 3g connection. You tap a button and wait, it buffers, complains, and finally the screen changes. I have found that I rarely use the ultra wide option on the camera. The picture on screen doesn't seem any clearer or more vibrant than my last phone. Video is the same. I have had the phone shutdown and reboot upon opening the camera app. I have had zero issues with call quality. The qwerty keyboard is unresponsive at times. I cannot recommend it as I feel the negatives out weigh the positives.

So unhappy

Meg61 · 1 days ago

To clarify the review I just wrote, my new Motorola gets hot when charging, very hot and also gets hot when it's not charging. The screen did crack within the first week, even with screen protection and protective case. To have to pay off this phone before I can get a phone that functions properly is very discouraging. Today, since 1996 I have never owned a phone with any of these problems or that I was unhappy with until this purchase and the Motorola I had to replace right before this one. I would recommend staying away.

So sorry

Meg61 · 1 days ago

I wrote a review, however I do not see it. I've been with Verizon since 1996 and this is the worst phone I have ever owned. It was recommended to me to replace another Motorola phone I had which the battery got so hot the screen separated from the phone itself. The screen cracked within one week and I had a screen protector and a protective case on it. Calls get dropped or people can't hear me. The phone freezes up or is very very slow. Has to be restarted constantly. Also gets quite hot when charging. To me it's only attribute is the color looks good. I don't know where my other review went, but I could continue on with only negative about this phone.

Crap!!

Johnp · 3 days ago

I have had two of these so it's not just a lemon! They do it all! Short battery life, I charged 2-3 times a day, they ghost type alot, the screen freezes at least 3 times a week, and has days where I have to restart it almost every hour!!!! Screen will go unresponsive, super easy to crack, no signal in places that my flip phone 20 years ago would work! This is the first time I ever bought the "new" phone and I have been nothing but dissatisfied and disappointed!!! Might as well stick with the free phones at least you aren't paying for crap then it's just given to you!!!

This phone is complete garbage!!! Run!!!

Darrin · 5 days ago

I have used Motorola phones since 1997. This one is going to the reason I will never get another one! Currently on my second device in two months, advertised as nearly indestructible! Well first of all, the back is so slick it slides right off of everything, yes even your hands, with a quickness! Which brings me back to the indestructible part, lies and more garbage, my second device now has a completely shattered screen after one fall sliding off the clothes I was carrying to get dressed. Do not waste your time or your money on this phone!

Screen cracked within 2 days.

Just me in CO · 6 days ago

WOW! I got this phone 2 days ago and have been getting familiar with it. It fell out of my pocket from less than 12" from the ground. The screen cracked (I'd rather use the word exploded) in TWO places. I was absolutely shocked. I've never had any phone I've ever dropped from even much higher distances that shattered like this one has. I've been a Motorola fan for a long time and I'm VERY disappointed at how easily the screen cracked on this one. Don't buy this one if there's even a remote possibility you even MIGHT drop it from more than 2 inches... Glad I bought the insurance for this one...

Horrible Phone

Josh · 6 days ago

The list of good things about this phone would be far shorter than the list of bad things about this phone, so I will save myself and anyone reading this some time and just say that, unless you have no other option (which was my unfortunate situation), DO NOT GET THIS PHONE. It has been headache after headache with this piece of junk, and I absolutely cannot wait until I am able to get rid of it.

This phone isn't what they say it was. Battery doesn't last, I'm having to recharge it daily. It's not worth the money spent, I would trade it in for a force 4 if possible.
