This phone has poor performance, low storage space, and is overall not worth purchasing. From the first day of ownership, it would not transfer my contacts properly and would not set up automatically. The screen would frequently froze and the intro music every time you turn on the phone is obnoxiously loud. I have missed personal and work calls due to the phone's shoddy performance and unreliable connection.

According to Verizon Representative this phone was an older phone which means it's basically almost obsolete. If that's true Verizon shouldn't have had it on the website. This phone doesn't really have enough storage.

The Nokia 2Tella phone I purchased through the VERIZON sales dept in February 2024 for $168. They grossly ripped me off by selling me this phone that is priced under $50 everywhere else. I trusted verizon as I have been a loyal customer for 20years

This phone is okay in most regards, neither great nor terrible. But the charging port is unacceptably bad. It started becoming difficult but manageable to charge after a a few months, a frustrating challenge after about a year, now it's next to impossible and I spend hours just trying to charge it. I thought Nokia was a reputable brand but I have never had a phone this bad. I strongly recommend searching info about the charging port issues that Nokia phones have been having, because it turns out a lot of people are having this problem with Nokia phones, and have been for years.
I had to make an emergency phone call the other day. The phone powered down while it was plugged in. If you can't rely on a phone in an emergency, it's no good, and this phone is no good.
It would be okay otherwise, but it's too bad that Nokia has completely refused to fix this simple problem. But a phone that can't be charged is just an overdesigned paperweight.

Perhaps it's because this is my first smart phone so I really have nothing to compare it to, but I've been very happy with this one..
For my purposes, it's been pretty good! Decent battery life, seems pretty durable so far, real good camera..If I had to address any issues they would be getting rid of the constant annoying android & google things that pop up. Also it seems to really have small memory. The letters on the keyboard are pretty small for my fat stubby hands but I understand that I can fix that. I have learned to ignore the constant ding Google pop ups and I manage my memory. I keep a minimum of apps so that helps as well. I've had the phone over a year and it has been %100 reliable so far..!
