I cannot stress this enough, this phone's best feature is the little amount of space that it would take in your trash can. Nothing, NOTHING, about this phone is worth your time or money. I would pay to have this phone removed from service entirely. You cannot use 2 apps at the same time on this phone. Sometimes ill look at my bank app and open my calculator, but in the time I am in my calculator, the bank app closes to save bandwidth, and when you go to open the bank app back up, the calculator closes. It does not have the most basic functions such as a screen record. Phone calls work 50% of the time and it will only ring 25% of the time. Also god forbid you have to come from an android or iphone, because you can say bye to all of your easy password autofill functions and all of your photos. I wouldnt pay a dime to have this phone and thankfully I didnt have to. Instead verizon supplied me with this garbage when my other phone broke and they didnt want to replace it. But I guess, I will pay 1000 to replace it so that I can personally light this device on fire. Every single one of these phones and maybe more of galaxy's phones, (idk this is my first and last) belongs at the bottom of an ocean. Verizon should be paying me for using this stupid door stopper with a touch screen. God I hope Verizon reads this too. Again, under no circumstance should you find your self in possesion of this phone, and if you do, call them back with in 7 days or you will be stuck with possesion of kindling until you can replace it. It would probably work better as kindling then it does anything else. If there was an option for negative starts I would give this phone all of them.

Do not let this thing anywhere near water or even sweat. This phone died after very brief exposure to water. Not something I would expect for any modern device less than ten years old. An iPhone 6 has better water resistance than this.

I'm not a fan - - - I really only care to use the PHONE function. As soon as I began using it, the "activate" button would not allow me to answer incoming calls. I was with TWO different friends who are "fans" of smrt phones / they could not understand why the "button" would not function. I had to drive to the store / a clerk figured-out that the "do no desturb" feature had been activated. HOW did that happen / I don't know / SHE could not imagine how it happened / she did not explain how to "un-do" the function if it were to happen again. NOT a fan of this product. jma

This is the worst phone I’ve ever used. Infuriating slow and constantly crashes. Really tried to get used to it but gave up right after the 30 return window so now I’m stuck using my work iphone for everything since I can’t stand using this pice of garbage any more but don’t want to give up my number. I got this to replace a 4 year old S20 I broke. DO NOT BUY!!
