I upgraded from 10e to A15 and it doesn't seem that much faster. also there are things my 10 fid that my 15 does not. one example is when I click on the map link next to a contact address, it usually said the distance and time it would take to get there. now you have we to type in where you are leaving from, it used to know where I was!! there are a few more annoying things it did on the 10! I'll have to get used to it, but it's annoying.

Phone constantly searching for Verizons spotty 5g network, will somtimes revert to existant 4g network , usually requires restart, upon which texts/ missed calls from hours ago show up suddenly, call voice quality terrible, camera not comparable to the 7 yr old phone this one replaced

If you have a 5G capable phone or tablet with the appropriate SIM card, and you are in a 5G service area, you don't have to do anything to take advantage of the increased speed and connectivity. Your device is preconfigured to take advantage of all the benefits of 5G automatically. Whenever 5G coverage is not available, your phone will automatically fall back to 4G or 3G speeds. Check to see if your phone is displaying the 5G indicator on the status bar. If it isn't, your phone is using either 4G or 3G. The 5G indicator's appearance will vary based on carrier. When I bought my first phone I was told I was insurance on it. My phone bill would only be $50 a month and then my phone broke so I went back to Verizon thinking. Add a new phone and my bills. Going up to a $170 a month. So I'm not happy and I think I'm going to change phone services next month. I am going back to Straight Talk where my bill is only $50 a month. I can't afford a $170.

Great heavy duty phone out of the box. Feels just like my galaxy s23, same size. The software is a bit laggy at times but to be expected, and it's just fine for my kids. They play Minecraft with little issues and take good photos.
