Phone comes with no power cord or charger, have to purchase that seperately, not sure if it even has a Sim card with it. So much for a phone at a reasonable price.

I like the Galaxy A 15 5G. It has a lot of features and it's a lot clearer. I'm still getting used to it, so Ia lot of things I'm still figuring out.

This device is okay, however small screen and performance lags at times, hoping to upgrade to the S series samsung or apple device as soon as possible August 2024, once I pay off this device in July 2024. Which rep would have gave me a bit better choice in device?

all of a sudden I cannot use google voice to text, wonder why? not happy. and searching for network at times, is inconvenient at best. 5G should be better than this, at least that is what you all were saying. I just don't think so, sorry. rather have my old phone that worked mostly, just real slow, and have 4G, sometimes new technology is not the greatest thing

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Bought this phone a week ago and so far no problems. One small glitch. Took 2 pictures of my garden and it wouldn't let me take any more. I turned off the phone and a few minutes late it worked again, Not sure what happened.

Don't buy this phone it is garbage the biometrics do not work you will have to factory reset your phone and lose all your data or information whatever you want to call it I could go on and on and on about how terrible Samsung phones are but I don't have all year I honestly have not found anything about Samsung that I like other than they are the cheapest phone to get out there cheapest in price and cheapest in parts that's probably why they tell all their Samsung service stores that if a Samsung phone comes in and it has a aftermarket part in it that is not Samsung there to take it apart and give it back to the customers because they don't want better parts in their phones they want you to suffer with the same old garbage they give you

Ive had my phone for 2 days, bought at Walmart, lol and got Straight Talk Silver plan. Neither my BF or I are able to get group chats (which i have to do with my job) and cant receive pics at all nor send them. Support was no help
