I like the new phone. It is like my old one except for the side button that turns it on or off. On my old phone the button was indented and easy to feel, where the new one is flat and hard to feel.

phone has better, sharper, clearer image than old Samsung. honestly still struggling with apps -- can't get email, so I'm using both phones at the present time. I wish I hadn't had to return with questions such as how to avoid having to unlock the darned thing evey time i used it and other issues that have come up.

Don’t love it. Many of my apps did not transfer over so I had to manually re-add them. I’m getting pop-ups that I can’t figure out how to get rid of. Just having a time trying to figure everything out.

Stop with forcing the preloaded game apps. It's a PITA that you force us to go and find these and delete them all. I'm sure its cuz Verizon makes a ton of cash but that's pathetic. Knock it off. But I'm sure I'll continue to see them snuck onto my phone in the future as well. Stop!
