So far so good. Plenty of speed and the battery has a decent lasting charge. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the difficulty finding an Otter Box cover for it. Luckily for me my old Motorola Ace cover fit perfectly.

Seemed to work ok, However, I am used to Motorola. To me, this phone just did not do it for me... Traded for a Motorola 5G UW which I think is far superior and worth the extra funds.

The phone is fine, but the service agent at the store changed our plan without informing us. This resulted in an increase to our bill. I will be calling to change the plan back to what it was. We are very unhappy about this.

Had to send the new one back for another one the next day, the replacement is just as bad but tired of going back and forth, phone is incredibly slow, trying to talk on it is a coin toss if they can hear you or not. Spend the extra money on something better, big waiste of time and money.

This phone sux. It was supposed to be an upgrade from my trusty Note 8. I feel like i have stepped back into the early 90's cellphone era. It is slow, screen lags, picture quality is poor. No home button or notification light. Hard to take screen shots because buttons are too far apart to only use 1 hand. Also you won't be able to find a case that fits it because verizon apparently has a special version and the buttons on the sides don't fit the case. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!
