It certainly is not a Motorola

Seemed to work ok, However, I am used to Motorola. To me, this phone just did not do it for me... Traded for a Motorola 5G UW which I think is far superior and worth the extra funds.

The phone is fine, but the service agent at the store changed our plan without informing us. This resulted in an increase to our bill. I will be calling to change the plan back to what it was. We are very unhappy about this.

Had to send the new one back for another one the next day, the replacement is just as bad but tired of going back and forth, phone is incredibly slow, trying to talk on it is a coin toss if they can hear you or not. Spend the extra money on something better, big waiste of time and money.

Waste of money

This phone sux. It was supposed to be an upgrade from my trusty Note 8. I feel like i have stepped back into the early 90's cellphone era. It is slow, screen lags, picture quality is poor. No home button or notification light. Hard to take screen shots because buttons are too far apart to only use 1 hand. Also you won't be able to find a case that fits it because verizon apparently has a special version and the buttons on the sides don't fit the case. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!

Phone is terrible barely does the basics never mind showing apps over other apps while they're running that doesn't even work no matter what I do in settings!! I My S 21 was much better I am getting rid of this phone very soon

Worst phone ever!

This is my 4th Samsung phone, I'll be rethinking buying another. Loved Samsung until this disaster. First, can't buy a case for it unless you buy the bulky Otter Box. Why make a sleek, slim phone if you can't protect it unless you buy this big, bulky case? Secondly, you touch an app icon and something totally different shows. Most times it takes 3 tries to get what I'm after. Thirdly, phone settings keep changing on their own. I never know what I'll be getting when I turn my phone on in the morning. I cannot fully express how disappointed I am with this phone. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. P. S. My husband has the same phone and dislikes it even more than I do.

Worst phone ever

My phone of 4 years decided to die on me while on vacation. I went to the nearest Verizon store to get a new one. I decided to get the updated version of the one that just died. This is the worst phone I've ever owned. It's actually worse than the one that died. It's super slow. Won't hold a charge. And takes terrible pictures. I went to a docent Verizon store a few weeks back to upgrade my husband's phone and the guy there asked if I liked this one and told him no, it was awful. He said he would've never sold it to me. I'm so disappointed and can't really do anything now since I still owe $300 on it😡

This 5g phone is not any faster than my old 4g. It takes longer to delete individual texts. The store did not have a protective case for this model, Galaxy 5g A23 uw, and ai cannot find a protective case anywhere.

"Uw" short for utterly worthless. Extreme lag on simple processes

These brand new phones were pitched to me as a great option to replace my kids s23 and would be cheaper. From the day I started them up, they've had delays and lag every time they are used. I've had old phones that were lost to time power up and be more responsive than these. Customer support tells you to shut down unused apps. It does nothing to alleviate the stuttering and freezing. Then... you go to get them cases and you find out that the "uw" means you can't get a case for it unless it's an otter box. All a23 listing's say "not for a23 uw" a slight modification from the non uw means the volume buttons don't line up with case buttons and the fingerprint button is no longer operational. This is a trash phone and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Samsung should be buying these phones back or swapping customers with phones that function.
