Beware of the S20 Ultra you get

So for those of you confused about this, this version does not come with the MicroSD card or the 12 GB RAM. If you buy from Best Buy or Samsung, you can get the phone you're actually looking for on your Verizon Plan, but Verizon themselves do not carry the one you are looking for.

It's not bad

Verizon selling two different versions of this phone???

KL172 - 3 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I purchased 2 of these from Verizon 07/2020 and they are exactly what they are advertised to be. They do indeed have the SD card slot and will accept sizes up to 1TB. They have the full 12GB of RAM and the 5G works just fine although 4G speeds are currently faster at around 120Mbps down and 20Mbps up on average. The phones are extremely fast and responsive, and we haven't experienced any freezing or unusual behavior, gaming is great. Upgrading from the S9+ these are notably faster with better voice quality and the cameras are fantastic. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about these phones and wonder if and/or why there would be two completely different versions being shipped by Verizon.

Love it

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I honestly don't know why this phone has such bad reviews here on the Verizon site. On other sites when you search on Google, it has 4 stars or greater. I personally think the phone is fast and has quite good battery life. Obviously it'll eat through battery if you're using it all the time just like any other phone. The screen is nice and sharp. I am satisfied with the camera. Good pictures...occasionally it can be a bit distorted but doesn't bother me much. I came back to samsung after having an LG and I'm glad. Crisp call sound and you can personalize the sound as well. Many other nice features. Obviously most people with negative reviews most likely will be dissatisfied with anything because they are looking for a heaven sent phone. I really like this phone.
