I purchased this phone almost 2 yrs now. I have had several Samsung phones and have loved them all. I had the Note 8 prior to this FE 20. This was certainly a downgrade, of course. I dropped the Note 8 in boiling hot water two months after I had paid it off therefore, I wanted something that day and that was reasonably priced. This phone is the worse. Freezes up constantly having to restart. Please do not dare to use talk-to-text, no option to click on the incorrect word to correct it. Gave up on the finger print sign in. I had to reset my fingerprint several times to the point of just using a code. Face recognition even worse. I hated to waste my hard earned money paying this phone off... I Definitely need a new phone. I cannot take this much longer. I have suffered long enough!! Now I am back in the market for a new, better phone, possibly spending over $1k just to have a cell phone that functions properly. VERIZON...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Guess I got what I paid for...smh

I had the note for several years and loved it. The note became outdated, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. So here we are, and the price is right. Gliches from the start. The keypad would stick on numbers that were in my password and I would have to type the password 2 or 3 times. My wife said dump it for the Apple phone but I kept giving it chances because of the price. The other day, I pulled it out of my side case and it had done a factory reset and i lost my pictures and older texts. I slammed the phone on the ground in frustration. Now It doesn't work. It;s time to give Apple a try.

I have to say I have been a Samsung supporter for about 10 years and I have refused to switch to Apple. This phone has made me seriously reconsider my stance. It freezes up constantly especially after the latest Android update. My daughter is using my wife's old iPhone 8 with no problems and I'm about to buy my 3rd Samsung phone. Who's the dummy?

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I've owned the phone for 1.5 years and had no issues from it whatsoever. I've dropped it, let it get soaked while using it for navigating a hike in a sudden thunderstorm and it didn't miss a beat. Fingerprint sensor doesn't like my hands being wet but I think that is to be expected. Amazing phone

This phone has had issues loading the keyboard since day one. I've downloaded different ones, restarted it, network setting restart, cleaned the cache, Uninstalled the keyboard apps, re installed it (individually tried each one)......this phone is trash. I hate the size, some apps don't load correctly, google browser is very laggy on the main app. Just don't do it..

Worst fingerprint sensor ever! But great camera!

Well I was very skeptical about switching from my Motorola to a Samsung because Samsung's just aren't as durable. You drop it & either the screen breaks or more often it won't power on anymore or will only get to the startup screen & then restart (eye roll emoji) but I switched... Sigh. Smh :'-( 1) Says it has a fingerprint sensor however getting it to actually work is virtually impossible! I've tried different fingers, angles, positions, times, days, moods lol heck I've even had other people try to see if it was just me & nothing works! Grrrr (insert angry face emoji) Was able to do 1 fingerprint however I still can't get it to ever unlock that way. Talk about a hassle! Plus there seems to be dead spots or something on the screen. I'll touch it sometimes (several times) in the same spot & nothing but if I scroll & then click it works but idk maybe that one is an operator error. It could use more storage (but I also have a lot of vids) The fingerprint sensor grrr! Wireless charging is a pain, spent $60 on a wireless charger & never use it cause it seems like no matter how I set my phone on it it won't charge. Did I mention how terrible the fingerprint sensor is? :-( Cause it is. I will say the camera is fantastic! Love it, takes great photos so many options, lenses, stabilizer, different modes, the night mode is very impressive & the zoom... Wow! And I do like the ways you can customize it. Thousands of themes, fonts, screensavers, AOD's. It's also a very heavy phone! I have carpel tunnel and holding this phone hurts my hands and wrists so don't get it if you have trouble with yours cause between the weight & the stupid fingerprint sensor you'll regret it.

At first, I was totally okay with this phone. It looked nice. It ran smoothly. Overall, it was a decent phone. That changed fairly quickly. The first sign something was wrong was the reduced sensitivity on the touch screen. Using apps became frustrating because of the terrible sensitivity. The fingerprint login feature rarely worked correctly. Then the apps started to slow down. I kept the cache clear. I removed unused apps. Nothing I did would help the sluggishness. This is one of the worst Galaxy phones I've had. I'm looking forward to upgrading.
