I love my Samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra especially the camera. Service isn't good at all though.

1 Based on average battery life under typical usage conditions. Average expected performance based on typical use. Actual battery life depends on factors such as network, features selected, frequency of calls, and voice, data, and other application - usage patterns. Results may vary.
2 Measured diagonally, the screen size is 6.9 inches in the full rectangle and 6.7 inches with accounting for the rounded corners. Actual viewable area is less due to the rounded corners and camera lens.
3 5G Ultra Wideband available only in parts of select cities. 5G available in 2,700+ cities.
4 Single Take captures images and video up to 10 seconds.
5 When using included charger and cable; battery life based on typical usage conditions which may vary by factors including network, selected features and running applications.
6 MicroSD card sold separately.
7 Wireless PowerShare works with most Qi-Certified devices. Requires minimum 30% battery to share. Speed and power efficiency of charge varies by device. Ordered a S20 Ultra, Black 512 GB. First I just want to say Great Job Verizon. This was supposed to be a Certified Pre-owned and I looked it over and there were no signs of use at all. This device was practically new. Reviewers and critics were so harsh on this device. Look at the specs of this vs s 22 ultra. I'm sorry you can't justify double the cost for what you get. The first update was to Android 13. This thing is a beast with 16gb ram and 512 GB storage with expandable up to 1 tb micro SD. Thank you again Verizon I couldn't be happier this was a no brainier. I tried out a S 22 ultra and a Pixel 7, and Pixel 7 Pro. All over hyped. Also the battery on this thing is amazing 5000 last a long time and charges quickly with the right chargers.

They will not help receive phone with crack on the back

My husband order 2 of them we love them the only problem my husband is legally half way blind well the first phone came in that's the one I got then 4 days later my husband phone came in ok well for it from the mail lady have it to my husband he open it and started playing around with it all two days goes by and I go get his phone to put a case on it and I notice it the Crack on the back I ask my husband and he said no there not well anyway I call Verizon and of course they can't help me said why did I wait to let them no first off I didn't second off husband is halfway blind so now I'm thinking about sending the phones back before my 30 days is up mind yall it came like that straight out the box never again.

The Galaxy S20 Series does not have a headphone jack. Galaxy S20 series supports Type-C earphones, hence you are able to utilize the earphones provided if you are looking for earphone use. However, if you prefer to use wired headphones, you can purchase a USB-C to 3.5 mm digital headphone jack adapter.
