Samsung doesn't care

Tbone - 1 hour ago

Read all the reviews about having to charge it at least twice a day, dropped calls and not being able to text and the phone randomly restarting. Samsung is aware of all these issues but doesn't do anything about them. Read. Samsung answers to customer reviews "We are sorry you are experiencing problems with your phone, please go to blah blah and read the article on how to help you with this issue". Hey Samsung, quit writing articles on how we customers need to read in order to fix a problem, here’s a idea why doesn't Samsung read the article and fix it themselves before they sell us a phone with all of these problems. The answer is simple, Samsung knows the fixes don't work and just wants to steer you to something else that doesn't work or they would already have it fixed. Poor poor poor customer service, almost as bad as this s21 phone.
