As i have all the reviews both pro and con on this phone i have come to conclude that this phone utterly sucks and isn't worth my time on getting a new one anytime soon...i suggest that samsung start investing more time in their products and a whole lot better in dealing with the complaints on this phone and others that they produce...plz take note, i will not recommend this phone to anyone i know until you do the right thing for your own company and the consumer's who buy your products...ty

Got this phone because it was supposed to be one of the best ones on the market at the time. After having it for 6 months I don't enjoy it. The storage isn't even half full and the phone lags horribly, sometimes the screen doesn't wanna respond or not at all. I've had to reset the phone just to get the screen to work. It has refused to turn on at least once. I'm not a fan of the camera. As you zoom in the picture gets so blurry it almost looks like a painting instead of a photo and just looks horrible. I've changed settings and it still does the same thing. There's apps you can't get rid of or disable. Plus the screen protectors for this model are just not good. I went through 3 in less then a month. The battery life on it is pretty good so i'll give it that but that's the only thing I enjoy about this phone.

Phone is nice but constant ring/text alert issues

Joshua · 8 days ago

Please be aware this phone has issue where multiple times a day, the ring/text sound stops working until you restart the phone, otherwise its been a good phone. 3 weeks of having it, support already had a soft reset done and next wants a factory reset done - a 3 week old phone shouldn't need a factory reset.

Not what I expected

JessD78 · 9 days ago

I had a Samsung A71 5G and wanted to upgrade to the Galaxy S21 5G...thinking it would be better and not lag as much. Well the new phone still lags as much as the old phone. It gets hot very often when I'm using it to surf the internet or texting. It's not like I'm watching streaming movies or shows...just doing normal stuff. The battery life on the S21 is HALF of what the old A71 would be. Just some other things that annoy me is the fact that when I get in my car...the old phone automatically connect and no issues...obviously I had to pair the new phone...but it wont connect automatically like it should...I even went through all the connection settings and trouble shooting but its still not working like it should. The last thing I don't like is the size of the S21 5G...its smaller then the A71 5G and I find it hard and awkward to hold the phone and text or anything else. I plan on returning the phone and try to get something else...it sucks that they will charge me $50 to return it because I don't like it.

Samsung Screen blackouts and failing motherboards.

john · 10 days ago

Have 2 of these phones. One of them died and I am still dealing with Samsung to resolve this issue (worst customer service in the world by a mile). After taking it to U break I fix the tech told me these phones are garbage and Samsung makes screens for not just their phones but many in the industry and they are fixing usually 3-5 each day at each location. They just go black and nothing you can do to bring it back. This phone suffered that and a motherboard failure. My 'working' phone will go into a dead zone and lose cellular connections and will not re-establish a cell connection. I have to turn on and off airplane mode to force it to acquire a new connection. This may in fact be one of the worst phones I've ever owned. Pictures are decent and battery life is above average. If my S8's battery wasn't horrible I'd never change to this phone.

Lack of headphone jack is disappointing

Mick · 12 days ago

Sure the phone is great but the lack of a headphone jack is super annoying. I understand this is the way of the future, but they literally created a problem for hundreds of thousands if not millions of users. This on top of the lack of charging base and even wireless headphones or a dongle reeks of greed. You can claim you did this to be green, but it was done in the hopes of making people buy even more of your accessories. I have only ever had a Samsung since I have had a smartphone. So far, this is the least impressive offering

Wish I stuck with Google Pixel

Micahdn85 · 12 days ago

Very disappointed in Samsung. This was my first Samsung phone and I got the watch as well. The watch is great however the phone doesn't like to stay connected to it. The camera on the phone also doesn't ever like to focus. Extremely disappointed with the camera on this device. The Samsung keyboard is garbage compared to Google. Overall with the lack of operation stability I would never recommend Samsung phone. I was expecting its flagship to at least kind of work but with all the flaws I'm shocked this was allowed out by Samsung.

Terrible camera quality 0

Neme101 · 12 days ago

I've had this ohine for a while now, months. Nothing special about it. Was told it had a very nice camera. The quality of photos and videos is terrible! It doesn't seem 5g because it till lags in internet and loading photos on websites. I absolutely hate this phone and wish I remember which consultant helped me pick it.

Impossible to Use

Dribera · 12 days ago

The worst phone I've ever had. You can't make a phone call without pressing buttons with your cheek. It continually fails to send text and media messages. 5G works worse than 4G ever has. The cameras capture lower quality than cheaper competitors. This is the only phone that ever made me want an iPhone.
