I hate this phone with a passion, and have from Day ONE! Verizon would not take it back. I wanted an iPhone from the start but the trade-in they allowed was impractical. It's too big, Samsung features don't work half the time, and VZN reps give different explanations as to the cause, as they have been quite inept.

I purchased a Samsung Qled tv two years ago. After approximately one year the tv went dark. The dreaded Black Screen! After many unsuccessful Hours of trying to get it up and running, I finally Lucked out with an informed Samsung tech who walked me through a process which enabled the tv to get up and running. Several months after this the ,the tv now had two lines running through the screen. Ok , despite This we kept watching until very recently it went back to the dreaded black screen . This time, Samsung tech support were totally useless, telling us to call a repair person, which would be our expense.Reports on Samsung repair persons in our area all had horrible reports like “Don’t even let them in your house “! I would never buy any Samsung product. My Qled Tv was not an inexpensive item and should have lasted many years. Successful companies take care of their Customers!

Horrible phone, can't wait to back to Motorola when contract is up.

My wife and I both agree that switching to Samsung was a huge mistake. The swipe keyboard will autofill words not even close to what was attempted. The security and updates are not optional and change features on your phone without the option to change it back. The phone will open a different app rather than the one that was selected, as well as other glitches. I'm considering taking a loss just to have a Motorola back.

Nice upgrade from S22+. I use my phone with my insulin pump. And would have gotten a S24+ if were compatible with my pump. I have always used Samsung, which do a good job!

I thought I was upgrading from my S21 to the S23 plus. Instead I have a battery that stays drained and random pop ups all over my screen. I can not even get a full day out of my battery. I sometimes work 12 hour days and will have a full battery when I start my day and by the end of my day I have 5% left. These random pop up advertisements, pop up randomly for no reason. It looks like it is from the Samsung internet, which I don't even use and have everything blocked from it. Yes, I have pop ups disabled. I have seen on other comment boards that this is a common issue. I am about to return it and switch to an iPhone if this doesn't get resolved.

Stuck with having to return an S23

Very unprofessional and unethical of Verizon to advertise the S23 for the same price just days before the S24 release without letting potential customers know that the S24 is coming to market so soon and it will cost the same (even cheaper if preordered).. Now I have to return my device and pay the restocking fee to get the S24. I would have just waited if Verizon had been transparent about the S24 release.

Absolutely sucks as "upgrade" both in phone capabilities and Verizon service. Took FOUR DAYS to transfer apps and accounts from my REALLY GOOD S9+ to this piece of crap S23+ and in the process, Verizon and Samsung removed ALL my selected alarms and unique identifier rings and tones for my specific contacts!!!
