Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Have had this camera for over 3 years and it is still performing as well as the day I got it. The battery life for a 3 year old camera is better than expected. Charge it over night and then once during the day, that's it. The camera still takes amazing picture as I am always the one asked since my phone "takes better pictures than mine" - Apple users. The phone operates seamlessly always connects to the network and wifi with ease and you cant beat the android interface. The last apple I owned was a 4 and since Samsung makes the best phones on the market I have remained loyal. Samsung is always a step ahead of Apple on functionality and versatility of their phones. This one has been a GEM!

Ever since the UI7 Update, phone has ran like trash, overheating, wallet cover / in pocket detection doesn't shut down screen, extreme battery drain, not to mention I bought a Genuine Samsung LED cover wallet that no longer works w/ the device. I've been a Samsung user since the S10, but also my TV, dishwasher, etc. Never spending another dime on them. Waste of $1300 .

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This review is about Verizon—not the phone itself. I bought this phone years ago with a trade-in promotion. I was told the credit would show up on my bill after a few months. It never did. I called Verizon, and they said I had to go back to the store where I purchased it. Problem is, I had moved over an hour away. When I finally made the trip, the store told me it had been too long and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward a year—I was still angry and decided to switch providers. I paid off all my devices and disconnected everything. I asked multiple times if I owed anything else. They said no. Then I got a bill. I called, and they admitted it was a mistake and said they'd remove it. A week later, I got another bill. This time they said I had to pay it and refused to release chat logs or old bills that showed I had paid everything. Verizon will squeeze every dollar they can out of you and take zero accountability. I don’t even want to pay this “final” bill because I have no confidence it’ll actually be the last. Go with literally any other provider.
