The front screen broke and had to be replaced. It didn't ever work right after that additional $400 investment. The back camera glass broke. And even in a shock proof Otter Box, the replacement screen also broke.

This is not on Verizon they are Great, it's Samsung that's the problem. They have the worst tech support I ever seen. I been a network security technician for over 30 years and I still can't get over how bad Samsung's techs support is. I purchased this phone directly from Samsung. That was my first mistake the 2nd was getting a tech for my S23 Ultra that actually knew something about a phone and network. They have all Indian based tech support and they will leave you waiting for a reply to a question for 45 minutes, no lie I was having problems with the eSIM. Don't use the eSIM get a physical sim card because that's what started my issue with Samsung and their tech support. They only know what's in the book in front of them and that's it. The say they will be back with an answer in a second 45 minutes later another tech gets on and you go thru the same thing over and over again. Finally I gave up on them and called Verizon, they knew exactly what to do and fixed the issue with a SIM card. Samsung tried for a month Verizon took 10 minutes to fix it. That's why I been with Verizon cellular for over 30 years and I'll be glad to stay another 30 with them.

Worst phone I ever purchased from Verizon. Camera is ok, Pixel was way better. The battery life is the issue. This is definitely not a phone for even a part time content creator. The battery last maybe half a day shooting and uploading maybe 10 minutes of video. Not ten 10 minute videos, but 10 minutes of 1 minute videos. It is absolutely the worst battery I've ever had and I am constantly charging it. Buy anything but this phone if you need a reliable battery or you're going to be attached to a cord or powerbank nonstop.

Went from my favorite to worst phone experience ever

The S22 Ultra was my favorite for the first year. 2024 it started having issues connection to the network intermittently. I thought this was from Verizon updating towers. Now starting in May I can't get a signal 99% of the time. This is now 2 weeks in a.d Verizon stores are unable to fix the issue. They did the same things I tried through the general troubleshooting guide. Nothing works. Now my phone is completely unusable if I'm not connected to my.home wifi and even then phone calls won't come through. Only texts do and I'm able to use the apps on wifi. I every once in awhile end up in a small connection spot for a very short time - 4 minutes has been the best. I'm so over it that I'm planning to switch my entire family to a new provider and not Samsung products again.

I ordered this phone because I have been happily using Samsung phones for years and needed an upgrade. I figured the s23 ultra with the largest battery of fleet at the time would be a good fit because battery life was a very important factor for me. Unfortunately, the battery life was worse than the 5 year old Galaxy it replaced. Now after owning this phone for less than 2 years it has developed the much reported moisture detected in charging port bug. It can only be charged wirelessly most of the time, which doesn't work for me. This thing has been a complete disappointment and I don't think I can rationalize spending $1200 on something of this quality again. As much as I hate iphones... I may have to finally give in.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I upgraded to. Samsung S23 Ultra from a Samsung S21 Ultra. Both phones are great but the S23 Ultra is quicker, has more storage, & has an upgraded camera. Every Samsung phone that I ever had starting with the Note 3 always took great pictures & this S23 Ultra does not disappoint. I always choose Samsung phones because of their camera as I take a lot of pictures. This one is the best yet.

Horrible battery life

Very disappointed in this product. Battery wore down as fast as my S21 that I've had for 3 years. I was attempting to replace my S21 but will be returning this immediately. No great support from Verizon either....ridiculous to pay the amounts of money we do and have very poor customer service.

The absolute worst phone I have EVER owned!!!

I was persuaded to get this phone which was a huge mistake it is heavier than any phone I have ever owned. The positive is the stylus which I rarely use. I have to restart this phone multiple times per week and sometimes multiple times per day. It will just lock up or freeze becoming unresponsive. Every time they push out an update I have problems with the phones for days afterwards even when the update restarts the phone. Case and point this past weekend I had an update and when I attempted to answer a call the phone wouldn't respond. When I attempted to call the person back it again failed to connect. I had to restart the phone in order for it to work. This phone is an absolute junk avoid it and this brand at all costs.

Got the phone for the camera. Which is great. I watch a lot of streaming apps on my phone. The picture I get with phone is awesome compared to some of the other phones I have had. Only thing I have found I don't like is that the s pen has lost sensitivity. I like to do coloring apps to relax and clear my mind. The pen made coloring easier but as of late it doesn't work as well.
