On Friday, I selected the Galaxy 23 because the sales person said it was free when I added another line to my plan. She also presented 2 other options. I could not think to decide which phone to select because the store was so noisy due to the radio playing and the other sales people and customers talking. On Sunday, I returned the Galaxy 23 because I realized the payments for the additional line would equal the price of the phone in a couple of years. The deal just didn’t sit well with me, I felt manipulated and up sold. The sales person was constantly on her personal phone, she was shipping for shorts, she said her aunt died and her grandmother wasn’t eating…. Prices for your products are not visually attached to the products which makes it impossible to shop for a phone. I consider myself as an informed shopper but I feel my hands are tied when I come to your stores. The script that your sales people recite is deliberately confusing. I have no review of the Galaxy 23 because I did not use it, I returned it 2 days after I bought it.

After being happy with Samsung for years, I have a phone that gets incredibly hot, I lose the bottom row of letters when texting, dropped calls and dropped wi-fi connection is way too frequent, and it might hold a charge for 8 hours. Thankful I paid it off, so I can trade it in for a OnePlus.

Nothing else say. Have said enough.
