Ive owned nothing but samsung phones an this latest forced update with the new ai an system appearance, seriously sucks. Especially the new bar on the lock screen to control your media. With no way to customize it, all you do is fat finger the controls. So you can either turn it off all together an have to open your app every time or deal with it. So, I hope samsung deals with losing another customer.

I just got my samsung24FE. Today it locked me out. It says I need to put in my password. They said it was 1 letter and 3 numbers. I did not make a password!! HELP

The phone does require a password when setting the phone up initially, if you are unable to recall that password, the phone can be reset using an alternate reset method. It will require you have the gmail address and gmail password that was used during initial setup as well.
