Refurbished phone came with issue

Needed a replacement for the replacement. When I originally ordered the phone it came within a couple of days. And when I went to go activate it somehow there was a UEM Knox profile still on the replacement phone. After 45 minutes with Verizon help center they had to ship me another phone. And that replacement activated perfectly.

Not satisfied at all was sent a phone that could never be activated due to being on sum list spent 5 hrs between myself and Verizon store representative being transferred diff departments getting no where… My husband n I missed our Anniversary dinner trying to get it activated end result send that phone back n a replacement phone was supposed been sent out last weds n receive it by Thurs have yet to receive that new phone…needed new phone n line by Fri activated due to going out town for work no phone still The non working phone that was sent to me was shipped back with the label I was told to use immediately it was received by last Fri…The lady that helped us at the Verizon store for hours was great thought we got to a solution hrs later but Verizon has yet to hold up there end…Got a new line no phone just ridiculous

I am enjoying my Galaxy S24 FE (Certified Pre-Owned) phone. It is as usual just figuring out the difference from other phones I have had in the past. It has a great look. Everything looks brighter and more vibrant on the screen. Over all I am very satisfied with it at this point. I did have a problem getting it to activate, so I took it to the Verizon Store in Hermitage, PA and the guys were very friendly and helpful and got me all set up and running. Kudos to them!
