The phone i received wasn't even a Verizon phone. It was carrier locked to T-Mobile. Its been almost 2 weeks and have yet to get a replacement. Support says they have it taken care of each day but it never happens. Im pretty disappointed. And if they issue refund i still not be ble to order agsin without down payment due to the fact it will take weeks or months to get the credit status back to order with the options u had. So I have watched my son be sad for over a week cause icdidnt get his phone

Previous Carrier Locked CPO

When I received my Certified Pre Owned phone, it was still locked under TMobile's service. Nothing could be resolved online or in store. I had to send it back to Texas from Tennessee. I'm going to call customer service today and see if I can acquire an unlocked CPO phone.
