Ordered this phone, order processed, scheduled for delivery and later canceled they said by me but it was by verizon. No explanation as to what happened or why. I had to go to a store to find out what happened and make sure there was no scam happening. Thankfully everyrhing was ok, just disappointed that they offered a product via a message sent directly to me that they didn't have available.

I upgraded from a samsung S9+ and this has so many great features as well as the Spen . Still in the process of learning all the awesome features. Camera takes great photos. Really enjoying it. Don't hesitate. Great phone.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I upgraded to the S24 ultrs from a Note 9 so it was a big leap forward. The phone is a little bigger than the Note 9 but it doesn't feel overwhelming in use. I'm still getting used to all the new system upgrades but the tips the phone suggests are helping me along. The only slight drawback to the phone is that there isnt a slot for an sd card. Although I do use cloud services I do prefer keeping some form of back up just in case. I'm enjoying the phone with it's new features including still having a stylus but wouldn't mind having an sd card slot option.
