You can take dynamic close-ups using portrait mode with both the 2x and 3x zoom options. We recommend checking out the link attached for tips that will help take your pictures to a new level. Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or experience a slow connection, which can be influenced by your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. First, check if you are subscribed to a 5G plan. If you have a 5G device but cannot connect to 5G, verify with your carrier that you are subscribed to a 5G plan and ensure there are no issues with your account.
